History
After a period dedicated only to the selling of grapes and bulk wine, in 2018 Cristian began to produce his first bottles, following the example of his maternal grandfather Giacomo Martinat Alessandria, among the first bottlers of La Morra, in the Martinat company, which now doesn’t exist anymore.
People
The Cristian Boffa company is a family-run business, managed by Cristian, his mother Marilena and his father Stefano.
Vineyards
Cristian’s goal is to produce wines that respect the vines and the territory, in a traditional way but always with an innovative and modern look. The company owns vineyards in the village of La Morra – mainly in the Santa Maria hamlet, and in the village of Serralunga d’Alba.
Wines
The company produces the classic wines of Langhe. A Barbera d’Alba aged in barriques, Langhe Nebbiolo and two Barolos, one coming from the Capalot cru.
