History
The Renato Corino winery was established in 2005. It is located in the heart of the Arborina vineyard, which together with the Rocche dell'Annunziata vineyard represents two of the historical areas for the production of Nebbiolo da Barolo in La Morra.
People
Renato Corino, after the experience gained in the family business, created a new company nucleus by bringing in some historical vineyards and building a wine cellar. Today, the company is managed entirely by Renato and his sons Stefano and Chiara.
Vineyards
The Corino family owns vineyards only in the commune of La Morra.
Wines
Four types of Barolo are produced: Barolo del Comune di La Morra, Barolo Arborina, Barolo Rocche dell'Annunziata and Barolo Riserva, the latter produced with a selection of grapes from vines over 50 years old in the Rocche dell'Annunziata area. The other wines produced are Dolcetto d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Nebbiolo d'Alba and Barbera d'Alba Pozzo. From 2016 a new label, Barolo Roncaglie signed by Renato's son Stefano.
